We provide a square foot feasibility budget based on the information from our meeting. This gives you an idea of cost and makes sure we’re on the same page.

Design/Pre-Construction Agreement
We present preliminary 3-D renderings of your project and discuss and sign the Pre-construction agreement.

Rough Drawings & Project Scope
We present you with the first draft of plans with a rough estimate and timeline.

Revision and Refinement
We make revisions to the plans as needed and narrow down selections of materials.

Pre-Construction Meeting
We setup a meeting with you that includes the team members that are going to be working on you project to go over details.

Construction
We get all the team member working to turn your dream into reality, while constantly keep you up to date with our online portal .

Punch-Out Meeting
We meet to go over any small items that need to be remedied and assign them to proper team member.
Project Turnover
We perform a final walk through we you and the owner and hand over all warranty information.
