Cedar Cedar Ridge Remodeling Company's handyman work is done on a time and material basis. That is, the customer is charged for a service call and for the actual time and material it takes to complete the work. Because our assigned personnel are experienced and knowledgeable, they can diagnose and solve customer problems promptly, thus keeping the cost to a minimum.

Contact Us: Contact us either by phone at 301-253-5988 or through our Contact Us form and let us know what projects you have around the house.
We Contact You: We promptly answer or make a call to you and discuss your projects with you. We set-up a time at your convenience to come out a get your projects completed.
Conformation: We send you a conformation e-mail stating the time and day of our appointment along a brief description of the work to be completed. Also for your safety we will send a picture of the Handyman Specialist that will be showing up at your house.
Complete Work: We come out on time and ready to complete the items we've discussed. We will go over the items to be completed once more. We will put down surface and floor protective coverings in all work areas and get to work.
Review & Bill Payment: Once your work is completed we will go over the final bill with you answering any questions you may have. You then make arrangements to pay the bill by check or credit card. Upon payment you receive a receipt for the work and all warranty information.
Relax and Enjoy: Sit back and enjoy your free time, check off all those little items around your house. After completion we will send you a quality control questionnaire please take time to fill it out so we can better help you and our future clients. Answering this questionnaire could give you a chance to win a gift card.
Rates and Fees
Hourly Rate & Fees: Your project will be billed at a simple Time & Material (T&M) at a rate of $175.00 for the first minimum hour and $85.00 per additional man hour, rounded up to nearest quarter hour, plus the cost of materials we provided to complete the work. We welcome you to provide your own materials as long as they are new and have never been used before. Other charges where appropriate may apply, including; subcontractor fees, permits, trash removal and/or special equipment fees. All of your bill will be itemized showing all cost including labor and materials and submitted upon completion of work. We will start every job with a estimate provided to you stating an estimated number of hours
Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling: Do to the expense incurred to have a Handyman travel to your home we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you are unable or no longer desire to keep your scheduled appointment and the required 24 hour cancellation notice is not given, the credit card number you provided will be charged $125.00 to offset this expense. This is a non-refundable fee and can not be applied to any future appointments.
Payment & Payment Methods: Payment is due upon completion of your project at which point you shall make arrangements for payment either by check or credit card (Visa, or MasterCard).
Completion: Upon completion our Handyman Specialist will walk through with you and check everything that was completed to make sure the work completed meets your standards. They will then have you review the final bill including the labor hours and all the materials used. We will then present you will an invoice for you to sign stating the work is satisfactory and has been paid in full along with a copy of our handyman warranty.
Quality Survey: A Quality Survey will be sent to you buy mail upon completion of your project. Please take a few moments to complete and return this form. We know that our clients are the most important asset to us an our company.
